Rawleigh Collaboration Team (RCT) members are
highly experienced and focused business and
community leaders who are bringing the resources
and building the community support necessary
to successfully redevelop the Rawleigh Complex
and Rawleigh Corridor. Our current areas of focus:

• Food–public market, restaurant, and business incubator
• Arts–living and working
• Buildings–evaluating rehab needs

We provide an open, welcoming forum for:
• Developers
• Prospective business/tenants
• Public involvement

The Team serves as an advisory body to the
Freeport City Council, bringing together public
and private interests, removing obstacles, and
spreading the word that Freeport is “open for
business.” The RCT meets once monthly,
and meetings are open to the public.
